Fleshbreak is a story-driven survival horror game that places players in a bizarre epidemic where humans not only face death but also make choices that could shatter their humanity.
Players take on the role of Lennox, a man living with his wife Horu and sister, Allora, in a neighborhood suddenly placed under lockdown. Initially, everything seems normal until ambulances, police, and lockdown orders appear. Television news reveals the existence of an unprecedented infectious disease related to the phenomenon of flesh-eating—something capable of attaching to and spreading to humans.
As authorities disappear and the situation spirals out of control, the house, once a safe haven, gradually becomes a trap. Lack of food, vague information, and unsettling dreams cause Lennox to lose sight of reality and fear.
Throughout the journey, players are constantly faced with moral choices: should they trust strangers, should they help the weaker, or should they focus solely on protecting their family? No decision is entirely right, and each choice has long-lasting consequences.
The game uses interactive storytelling combined with survival gameplay:
Instead of focusing on combat, Fleshbreak emphasizes psychological pressure, confusion, and the feeling of helplessness in the face of an uncontrollable disaster. The game offers a heavy, dark, and emotionally rich experience where survival isn't just about staying alive, but also about preserving your humanity. If you enjoy horror games with terrifying settings, then you should definitely try Iron Friend.
