Nuclear Day is a post-apocalyptic survival game taking place in a Japanese city that has suffered from a nuclear war. You begin in a fallout bunker, just recently abandoned by an old guy who was trying to escape. There is a region outside, filled with resources, but the radiations will kill you. Survival will be about scavenging for loot, crafting equipment, and exploring new territories at a steady pace.
To start with, your shelter is practically empty of supplies. You must journey to stores and buildings that you can enter so that you can scavenge for supplies, food, and building materials. There are precious materials in each place, but you will not always be able to retrieve them.
Be very careful with the radio. If anything is found in the starting area, you are free to take it too; if you see the radio, grab it and retreat to your shelter and search the radio to hear broadcasts. Doing so will lead you to a group of raiders who will block your way and not allow you to explore the region freely without the correct weapons.
After the first phase, you'll find a hospital at your disposal, filled with materials and new missions. It's highly irradiated, so prepare to dress accordingly. Save up as much materials as possible for anti-radiation masks, clothes, and gloves. You can also perform missions with the hospital to cure radiation poisoning, allowing you to explore further dangerous areas.
Crafting is a major aspect in Nuclear Day. With the resources you acquire, you can create all of the tools, equipment, and utility items. But you don't necessarily need all the tools immediately (e.g., you might find a knife out exploring, meaning you won't waste a valuable resource waiting to make one).
Store stuff in containers near an exit in one place. This will save you energy and multiple times hauling your supplies back to your shelter. You'll also be able to hold out and eat and recharge your batteries without having to sit through ads.
Play Nuclear Day here and begin your mission to survive in a world of people destroyed by nuclear war. However, don't go unprepared; one mistake and you'll lose all the resources you've dug up so diligently. If you're ready for the challenge of entities lurking in perilous territory and enjoy a little adventure, give Entity Scavenger a shot.
