If the first part of Feed Us felt like a slightly overdone prank, Feed Us 2 goes a bit further… it starts to become more ambitious. It's still you, still the same little piranha, but this time it's no longer simply swimming out and biting anything. Everything has a clearer objective, the pace is more intense, and the feeling of progress is… much more satisfying.
You begin with a lone piranha, a limited time, and a few simple missions like killing a person or sinking a boat. Sounds easy, but once you're underwater, the problem is… there's no one standing still for you to eat. The prey runs, swims, and climbs onto islands. You're slow and weak, and your bites aren't painful enough.
The key to Feed Us 2 lies in its upgrade system. The blood you earn isn't just for fun counting; it's what determines whether you become a nightmare underwater.
Upgrading your jaws makes you bite faster, fins improve your agility, and skin makes you more resilient. But the real game-changer is… teamwork. Each time you buy another piranha, you're no longer just one individual but a whole pack.
Each stage has its own requirements: sinking boats, killing divers, or even dealing with highly specific targets like jet skis that only appear for a few seconds. This forces you to observe and strategize. No more blindly attacking everything; you have to choose the right target and prioritize.
One of the things that makes part 2 more interesting is that the game starts to counterattack. Sharks, crocodiles, and even the environment itself become a threat. There are times when you're enjoying a meal, turn around… and half your pack is gone. As a result, you must begin again, but this time with greater caution.
First, don't try to eat quickly. Aim for the prey's legs first so they can't escape. Once you've locked their legs, it's much easier to do whatever you want.
Second, prioritize upgrading your fish early. You can't do much alone, but 4-5 piranhas at once are a different story, as they can work together to overwhelm larger prey or defend against threats more effectively.
Third, learn to dodge predators. Crocodiles and sharks aren't something to test your skills on at the beginning of the game. If you see one, avoid it; you don't always need to fight the boss.
And finally, don't panic when you fail. This game is quite trial and error. Make one mistake, and you'll understand where the problem lies next time.
Feed Us 2 takes you on a hunting journey at the bottom of the ocean, starting as a weak fish and gradually becoming a top predator, strong enough to take down even crocodiles. If you are looking to switch to a different visual novel, we recommend Maneater.
