Overnight Interview is an atmospheric indie game. You play as a new candidate who is invited to a job interview at Small Shop Co. Everything seems normal at first: just shadowing a store manager on the night shift. But as the night wears on, you begin to realize that this is no ordinary job.

An interview invitation is sent to you with congratulations on passing the preliminary round. You receive an interview invitation from Small Shop Co. Instead of taking place during the day as usual, the interview begins at 12 midnight, with instructions to bring a flashlight.

In the quiet store, you meet Scully—the hiring manager. But instead of asking the usual questions, he gives you strange challenges: from throwing things and clearing shelves to dealing with difficult customers.

Each mission has an unusual twist, making you gradually realize that this is not just a normal interview…
