After each night, the game opens with short mini-games with entirely different rules: creating paths, entering codes, using flashlights in sync, or spamming keys to escape dangerous situations. These sections both change the pace of gameplay and add information to the storyline.

Jolly 3: Chapter 1 focuses heavily on system management, memorization, and quick reflexes.
