Human Expenditure Program, also known as BloodMoney 2, is the sequel to the game BloodMoney, opening with the story of Harvey Harington and his wife, Yunmi. There, your mission sounds simple—keep him happy, healthy, and full of food and drink, just like a typical management game.

However, after only a few days, you begin to notice unusual things: a shaky voice, vague memories, and the feeling that Harvey is gradually remembering something outside the script.
