A House for Alyssa is a psychological horror game where players follow Alyssa—a social worker assigned to check on a family with unusual signs. It seems like a simple visit, but the house she sets foot in is filled with chilling mysteries, where reality and memories overlap in ways no one could have predicted.

The story begins 18 years ago...

When she was a child, Alyssa once faced a fear that no one believed. A strange man—a man with a name no one wanted to mention—once approached her. Despite her fortunate escape, her family only regarded her story with skepticism.

Now, the past that was thought to be buried suddenly resurfaces. When entering house number 446, Alyssa felt something was wrong. No one opened the door. There was no sound. But then... a piercing sound rang out from inside. The door opens, pulling her into a spiral with no way out.

A House for Alyssa Gameplay

Explore & Interact—Players will explore every corner of the house, flipping through strange diaries and forgotten traces.

Choices determine fate—Moving forward is not always good. A wrong move can lead to unexpected endings. Some people choose to run away from the beginning (called the "cowardly ending"!), others accept their fate and become part of the house (some say it's the "light ending"...).

Puzzles & Survival—Doors don't open automatically. Memories don't appear for no reason. Alyssa needs to piece together the pieces to find a way out... or accept staying.

Notable Elements

  • The atmosphere in the house is suffocating—everything is out of order. The dolls are not just decorations. The paintings seem to be watching every step.
  • Mysterious figure—The woman in the house greets Alyssa with a gentle smile, but there is something in her eyes that makes people shiver.
  • The ghost of the past—He never disappeared. He just waited for the right moment to return.

A House for Alyssa is not just a simple horror game but also a journey through the hidden fears of memories. If you think you are brave enough to face the ghosts of the past, try setting foot in house number 446... but remember, not everyone can leave. If you enjoy exploring intriguing indie games, don’t miss out on Sprunki Jump—a challenging platformer packed with fun jumping mechanics and creatively designed levels.
