ULTRAKILL Prelude is the first demo of the fast-paced first-person shooter developed by Hakita and published by New Blood Interactive. It is the beginning of a journey that takes players into the depths of hell, inspired by Dante's Inferno but recreated in a classic boomer shooter style mixed with modern mechanics.
In Prelude, players will have the opportunity to explore the first levels of hell, practice skills with core mechanics and encounter the first enemies in the fierce journey to V1. This is the opening, laying the foundation for the entire storyline and fighting style of ULTRAKILL.
Players take on the role of V1, a hunting machine that uses the blood of enemies as fuel. The game focuses on fast-paced, flexible movement skills and a diverse weapon system that can be combined into many advanced techniques. Mechanisms such as parrying (blocking), ricocheting (shooting bullets back), or rail coining add unique depth to combat.
ULTRAKILL Prelude has a dark atmosphere, and deformed monsters give players an outstanding experience. If you are a fan of the horror action FPS genre, this is a game you should not miss. Class of '09 is a recommended game if you enjoy visual novel games.
