If you are a fan of the Five Nights at Freddy's horror games, Treasure Island: First Night will be a very worthwhile choice. In the game, you play as a night security guard working at an abandoned amusement park—a place that used to be bustling but now only has darkness and very unusual things.
Unlike the pizzeria restaurants in FNAF, Treasure Island takes place in an abandoned amusement park, evoking memories of Disneyland. But instead of being fun, this place has a haunting, rotten feeling, making you both curious and creepy when exploring every dark corner.
Instead of Freddy the bear or Foxy the fox, here you will meet horror-distorted versions of familiar cartoon characters... Not only does it surprise players, but it also makes them feel like they are in a place they shouldn't be.
Your mission is to sit in the control room, watch the camera, and track the animatronics that are quietly moving in the night. When they get close, you must close the door, turn off the lights, or disconnect the camera to prevent them from catching you. The game brings a sense of suspense and tension to the player! A small noise or a shadow passing by can also make you scream.
Treasure Island does not try to completely imitate FNAF, but chooses its direction with a haunted park theme, scary characters in the style of haunted childhood, and more streamlined gameplay. This lighter version caters to both newcomers and long-time fans seeking a refreshing change in gameplay. If you like classic horror games then play Ghastly Asylum right away.
