Happy Room is a physics-based sandbox game where you're tasked with testing out various pieces of combat equipment in a sealed room. Everything you place in the room—from lasers and jump traps to missiles and monsters—is designed to test its effectiveness on a clone created for the experiment.
It may sound strange, but the sheer creativity in assembling and testing the tools makes this game surprisingly addictive and fun.
You can choose from various tools, such as
Once you have set up your equipment, click "Start" to begin testing. Each tool will affect the clone in its own way, and you will receive a score based on the total damage done—but don't worry, there is no blood or heavy violence here. Everything is fun and physics-based.
When you unlock Sandbox Mode, you will have unlimited money and the freedom to design the most unique test rooms.
During the game, you can create many unique “test rooms.”
Players arrange a room full of artificial creatures to test the interaction between them and clones. The more creatures interact, the higher the score.
Set up a series of devices, including rayguns, teleportation traps and obstacles. The clone will be continuously teleported through the points, creating unpredictable moves but very effective in scoring.
Fill the room with ice guns, combined with jumping platforms to keep the clone moving. Create an extremely interesting “frozen slide” effect and increase the score very quickly.
Combine energy rays with rotating axes to create spectacular collisions. If you add jumping devices, the clone will be pushed back and forth between damage sources randomly.
Install rockets in every corner of the room, add gravity traps or teleportation portals, and create a super eye-catching "round-the-room" effect.
Place mines in a small room. When the clone starts moving, a series of small explosions occur, creating an effect like a very eye-catching fireworks show. However, due to the large number of devices, the game sometimes lags because the effect is overloaded.
Happy Room is not just a normal testing game. It's fun, a little surprising, and incredibly satisfying to see all your designs come to life. While there's no clear storyline, getting to try out all sorts of devices on a simulated clone makes for an experience unlike any other.
