Five Nights at Candy's, a fan-made game series by Emil Macko, is still based on the setting of Five Nights at Freddy's. The father of FNAF himself highly appreciates the game. The game not only brings players scary experiences but also leads to an outstanding and mysterious storyline.
The game's setting is set after the end of FNAF 2; you will play as a nightwatchman, and later, through the pay slips, we will know that she is Mary Schmidt. She works as a security guard in a restaurant called Candy's Burgers & Fries.
Candy and Cindy—the two main mascots of the restaurant—are not just harmless robots. They have a dark history; the glowing eyes in the night are not a sign of joy but a warning. Something is lurking.
Instead of just blurry images like in FNaF, the game allows you to activate Night Vision mode, which helps you see things more clearly—but is it really that good? When you clearly see something staring back at you, do you still want to open your eyes?
Unlike Five Nights at Freddy's, where you have two doors on the side, in FNAC, you have three doors: two on the side and one right in front. But the problem is that they all need electricity to close, and if the power goes out, they open automatically.
You won't just be facing those two creepy cats. Chester (the monkey), The Penguin (the small but obnoxious penguin), and a few much darker characters will also contribute to your sleeplessness.
Try to understand the rules of each animatronic:
Five Nights at Candy's is not just a copy of Five Nights at Freddy's. It has its own soul, a very different way of leading fear. It doesn't rely only on jumpscares but also plays with your psychology, with silence, uncertainty, and eyes in the dark.
The game will challenge your perception of the FNaF survival game genre.
Are you ready for the first night?
