Dr. Psycho: Hospital Escape is a first-person horror game where the player is trapped in a dark mental hospital and has only 3 days to find a way out.

The story begins when the character is driving and their car suddenly breaks down in the middle of the road. Upon exiting the vehicle to investigate, they come under attack from behind and find themselves in an unfamiliar room within the hospital. The person who kidnapped you is Dr. Psycho, a character who roams the area and is ready to pursue any trace he finds.

The game focuses entirely on exploration, hiding, and resource management:

• The game gives players a 3-day time limit, which rapidly decreases with each discovery.
• The hospital has many similar rooms, long corridors, and dim lighting.
• Initially, there are no flashlights, forcing players to grope in the darkness.
• After finding a flashlight, movement becomes easier but still very risky.
• In the final stage, players must open the warehouse, collect enough tools to break the chains and wooden planks blocking the doors, and complete everything by the last day, when the pressure of being pursued is highest.

Hiding & Dangers

• There are many places to hide, such as closets, hidden corners, and small rooms.
• The pursuers move very quickly and often appear unexpectedly when there is noise (opening doors, dropping things, unscrewing bolts).
• Environmental traps (especially in restrooms) make escaping even more dangerous.

Items & Limitations

• Items such as access cards, Keys, screwdrivers, pliers, crowbars…
• The inventory only holds a maximum of 5 items, forcing players to think carefully.
• Some areas require an access card or must be opened in a specific order.
• The first aid kit must be unscrewed step by step, creating noise that can easily lead to detection.
