Phantom Reverse is a story that begins with fragments of memory — where the past and present constantly overlap like a cassette tape on reverse. Are you a witness to a death... or an accomplice? Normal school life gradually becomes a time-lapse, where each choice can drag you into an invisible loop that no one else notices.

Familiar faces but a little off

Melanie — her best friend since middle school, always clumsy but always smiling at the right time. But there's something in her eyes... like she knows better than what's being said. People around her still go to school, still say hello, but the names on the class list keep disappearing day by day. Who can you trust when everyone pretends like nothing happened?

Tick... Tock...

From old newspaper pages hidden in your backpack to red letters scrawled on your locker — it all hints at a strange curse. It's said that if you hear the sound of a clock in your dreams, it means your time is running out. But the game never makes it clear: how many days do you have? And what happens when that number hits zero?

They're watching from behind the screen

There are moments when the screen goes black between cutscenes, and you'll catch a glimpse of a pair of eyes reflecting back at you. Shadows appear in the far corner, unmoving... until you turn away. The game has a secret point of view mechanic — where events only happen if you stare at the screen for longer than you should. The only thing worse than being watched is realizing you've been watched before the game even starts.

No way to save

Phantom Reverse doesn't ask if you want to save. It just remembers what you did. Every time you turn off the game, something changes when you come back — it's like someone else is playing alongside you from a different timeline. The game never explicitly states that there are multiple endings, but there's always the feeling that you missed a path... or that you made the wrong choice in the first place.
