From beginner to big tournaments

You start with a basic deck, compete in amateur tournaments; and gradually unlock new exercises, items, and strategies. Each card represents a workout or a supporting action, for example:

  • Warm-up: Reduce the exhaustion level of the next exercise.
  • Back, chest, arms, legs: Each exercise has a different amount of muscle gain but also comes with a level of exhaustion and risk of injury.
  • Energy drinks, vitamins, and steroids: Support your stamina or increase your strength, but sometimes at a cost.
  • A full body massage can help eliminate injuries and exhaustion, promoting complete recovery.

Each day, you have a limited amount of stamina. Use up all your stamina, and the day is over. The next morning, your stamina will be restored. But if you overtrain, you will get injured and cannot train that muscle group for the next two days. This makes scheduling your training a vital factor.

Muscles do not grow forever—each day you will lose a small part of your gains if you do not maintain them. Therefore, you must balance training, rest and recovery.
